Shipping policy

We do our best to ship within 24 - 48 hours during the business week.  

All claims for damaged items must be maid within 14 days from date of shipment.  Please reach out to merrymagnolia09@yahoo.com to start a claim process and provide your order name and number.  We do not provide call tags for any items wishing to be sent back for credit or exchange.
